If you are currently using an application listed in the ledger below, be advised: Neuroxie Lab is NO LONGER the developer, operator, or data controller of the software. Your continued use of the application constitutes your binding acceptance that Neuroxie Lab is entirely absolved of any responsibility regarding your data, device security, or legal rights. If you do not agree with the unknown policies of the new owner, you must uninstall the application immediately.
Neuroxie Lab, operating under Xenavo Group ("The Predecessor"), hereby establishes this Master Deed to officially record the irrevocable and absolute assignment of all source code, operational control, and legal obligations to third-party entities ("The Successors") via the Google Play Console App Transfer protocol.
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other global data frameworks, the "Data Controller" is the entity determining the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Upon the exact timestamp of Google's transfer execution (documented in Section 7), Neuroxie Lab was stripped of all administrative access, backend control, and oversight of the applications. Therefore, The Successor assumes 100% exclusivity as the Data Controller. Neuroxie Lab asserts physical and technical impossibility to access, modify, audit, or delete user data processed by the application post-transfer.

Due to the immutable architecture of the Android OS and Google Play infrastructure, the application's core Application ID / Package Name (e.g., com.anyname.app) remains static. The Predecessor categorically disavows any ownership implied by the historical package name or legacy codebase signatures. The only valid proof of ownership is the current Developer Profile publicly listed on the Google Play Store interface.
This Universal Master Deed acts as a Terminal Legal Override. It immediately supersedes, nullifies, and voids any prior Privacy Policies, Terms of Service (ToS), or End-User License Agreements (EULA) issued by Neuroxie Lab regarding the transferred assets. No prior document can be leveraged against the Predecessor once an asset is listed in the Official Ledger.
The table below constitutes the undeniable, timestamped proof of disassociation. It aligns with the internal migration logs verified by Google LLC. From the "Date of Severance" forward, Neuroxie Lab is legally emancipated from the listed digital asset.
