Amanat Blood Foundation Voluntary Blood Donors Network
Organization Name Amanat Blood Foundation
Application Identity Amanat Blood Foundation
Android Package com.amanatblood.user
Policy Revision June 1, 2026

1
Introduction & Humanitarian Scope

This Privacy Policy dictates the data management practices of the Amanat Blood Foundation ("we", "our", or "us") inside our mobile utility (the "App"). Operating strictly as a non-profit social welfare platform, our systems exist to solve localized emergency blood shortages by directly bridging volunteer blood donors with seeking patients, medical units, and emergency first responders.

To adhere strictly to the Google Play Developer Program Policies, this public document outlines the exact flow of data supplied during voluntary membership registration, while reaffirming our absolute zero-intrusion policy regarding your mobile device's underlying hardware.

2
Zero Device-Permissions Declaration

To uphold the highest standards of technical privacy, the App operates inside an unprivileged software sandbox. **Amanat Blood Foundation requests 0% access to your device hardware sensors**:

3
User-Submitted Data Collection Matrix

Pursuant to the Google Play Personal and Sensitive User Data Policy, all data collected by our network is explicitly inputted voluntarily by the user during the application onboarding form processes:

User Inputted Field Humanitarian Operational Purpose Storage & Privacy Protection
Full Name & Age Establishes the human donor identity and confirms the volunteer meets standard safe physiological age limits for blood extraction. Encrypted in transit; protected on secure foundation databases against public indexing.
Mobile Number Acts as the login key for account access control and allows registered recipients to make urgent telephone requests. Visible inside search indexes *only* to verified members seeking compatible blood groups. Never shared with marketers.
Blood Group The fundamental database index used to separate and instantly route safe biological matches during active medical emergencies. Publicly discoverable via the App's primary internal search interface.
Regional Location
(Upazila, Union, Ward/Village)
Replaces invasive GPS tracking by allowing the donor to manually map themselves to their precise local community. Utilized solely by the lookup algorithm to rank nearby volunteers first.
Donation History
(Count & Last Date)
Calculates standard recovery periods to prevent volunteers from donating too frequently, protecting donor health. Maintained dynamically as a clear eligibility badge on the volunteer profile.
Profession, Password & Comments Generates account security credentials and stores helpful medical or timing notes provided by the user. Passwords undergo irreversible salted cryptographic hashing. Even foundation administrators cannot read them.

4
Dedicated Account Deletion & Data Purge Process

In strict adherence to the Google Play Data Deletion Requirement, Amanat Blood Foundation guarantees every user the absolute, unconditional right to permanently wipe their digital footprint from our active network.

If you are no longer able to volunteer, or if you have already uninstalled the application from your device, you do not need to reinstall it to erase your data. You can initiate an irreversible master purge via the official web-request protocol below:

  1. Send an email directly to our official Data Protection intake desk at: mahfuzur.begumgonj@gmail.com.
  2. In the Subject Line of the email, write: "URGENT: Master Account Deletion — [Insert your registered Mobile Number]".
  3. In the body of the email, state your full name and registered blood group for simple double-verification.
  4. The Purge Promise: Within 72 hours of receipt, our database engineers will locate your entity handle and permanently drop your Name, Phone Number, Location data, Password hash, and Donation History from the master cloud servers. You will receive a final confirmation reply once the purge is complete.

*Note: Once this deletion protocol is executed, your phone number is permanently released. You will be treated as a brand new, unrecognized user if you attempt to register again in the future.

5
Data Retention Policy

We do not hold onto stale data. Your volunteer profile parameters are retained in our database strictly for the lifespan of your active participation with the Amanat Blood Foundation. If a user account remains entirely dormant (zero logins or profile updates) for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months, our automated maintenance scripts will classify the account as inactive and schedule it for an automated profile wipe.

6
Age Demographics & Child Privacy (COPPA)

Because blood donation carries strict physical weight and maturity regulations established by national health ministries, this application is strictly engineered for individuals aged 16 and older.

We do not knowingly solicit, harvest, or index data from children under the age of 13. If an under-aged individual has accidentally registered a phone number inside our directory, parents or legal guardians are instructed to email mahfuzur.begumgonj@gmail.com to trigger an immediate, priority record destruction.

7
Absolute Ad-Network Isolation

To preserve the dignity of our social mission, the App functions inside a closed ecosystem. The interface is completely devoid of commercial advertisement banners, pop-ups, or sponsor tracking pixels. We explicitly refuse to deploy third-party data collection SDKs, and we will never monetize, lease, or distribute our donor directory to outside corporate entities.

8
Regulatory Compliance Inquiries

If a Google Play Store policy auditor, legal representative, or individual donor requires technical verification of our password hashing methods or data sandbox isolation, please address all official correspondence to our central administration:
